“I’m writing to let you know how pleased we are with your service. Yesterday your groomer came to our house to give our cat her first real bath and to clean up her belly knots. She was very nice and explained everything to us, as we were a bit concerned (never having done this before). She was very informative and was patient with all our questions and concerns. She did a wonderful job and made kitty feel comfortable by removing the nasty knots and cleaning her up. She is now a happy cat again, soft and fluffy and no more knots.
